1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CleanerKonnect. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the CleanerKonnect website and platform.

By accessing this website and utilizing our platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use CleanerKonnect if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and independent service providers who access or use the Service.

2 Platform Services & Nature of the Relationship

CleanerKonnect operates as a digital lead-matching marketplace. Our primary function is to facilitate connections between individuals and businesses seeking cleaning services ("Customers") and independent cleaning professionals or cleaning companies ("Cleaners").

• For Customers: The platform allows you to submit requests for various cleaning services. We use algorithms to match you with suitable local cleaners based on your criteria. However, CleanerKonnect does not directly employ the cleaners, does not supervise the cleaning work, and is not a party to the contract formed directly between you and the cleaner. We make no guarantees regarding the ultimate quality, timing, or safety of the services provided by third-party cleaners.
• For Cleaners: You may register an account, purchase lead credits, view available jobs, and unlock customer contact details. You acknowledge that you operate as an entirely independent contractor or autonomous business entity. You are solely responsible for providing your own tools and equipment, maintaining appropriate liability insurance, holding necessary licenses, and managing your tax obligations. CleanerKonnect is not your employer.

3 Account Registration and Security

To utilize certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration forms.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.

You must notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our platform or your account. CleanerKonnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or misuse of the platform, without prior notice or refund.

4 Lead Purchases, Credits, and Refunds

For Service Providers (Cleaners), accessing customer contact information requires the expenditure of credits. The following terms apply to all credit purchases and lead unlocks:

• Credit Purchases: Credits are purchased in packages through our secure payment gateway. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• Unlocking Leads: Once a lead is unlocked and the contact details are revealed, the designated number of credits is permanently deducted from your account balance.
• No Guarantees: Leads are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CleanerKonnect makes no warranties that purchasing a lead will result in a successfully booked job, a responsive customer, or a long-term engagement.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service and instant delivery of information, all credit purchases are strictly non-refundable. Exceptional cases regarding obviously fraudulent leads will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of CleanerKonnect administration.

5 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CleanerKonnect, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Any actual cleaning services provided, or failure to provide such services, by an independent cleaner contacted through the platform. Any disputes regarding physical services must be resolved entirely between the Customer and the Cleaner.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CleanerKonnect from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
